Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [DealviX legal company name] ("DealviX", "we") about using the DealviX website and apps. By creating an account or using DealviX you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You must be at least [minimum age] and give true information.
• One person, one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Your mobile number must be a real mobile number that you control. Internet and landline numbers are not accepted.

3. Points and rewards

People earn points by watching a business's WatchEarn video as DealviX describes on that video. How many points a video pays, how much of it must be watched, how long points last before they expire, and what a point is worth off a bill are set by DealviX and shown in the app before you watch. DealviX may change them for future videos.

Points are earned at a particular shop and can be spent only at that shop, as a discount on a bill, using a code shown at the counter. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not money. Each video pays once per person.

A reward is earned only by genuinely watching. We may remove points and close accounts if we find that rewards were obtained by cheating, for example fake accounts, automated watching, or skipping through videos.

4. Businesses

• A business must be real, may only promote offers it will honour, and must honour points redeemed at its counter.
• A business must have the right to use everything it uploads, and what it says in deals and videos must be true.
• DealviX may ask a business to verify itself, and may remove or hide content, or suspend a business, that breaks these terms or the law.

5. What you may not do

• Break the law, or post anything unlawful, threatening, hateful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Create fake accounts, use bots or scripts, or try to get rewards unfairly.
• Try to break into DealviX, overload it, or copy its videos or data in bulk.
• Pretend to be someone else, or contact people to spam them.

6. Content you post

You own what you post, and you give DealviX permission to show it in the service (including to other people) for as long as it is there. You can remove your comments and reviews; businesses can remove their own deals and videos.

We may remove content that breaks these terms. Reports of content can be sent from the app.

7. Our right to change or stop

We may change DealviX, these terms, or how points work, and may suspend or close an account that breaks the terms. If we make an important change to these terms we will tell you in the app.

8. Liability
